Returns & Exchange Policy
•You can return or exchange a product by contacting us within 7 days of receipt. We offer you a refund or store credit excluding charged shipping/delivery cost.
•Return products must be in its original packaging with no signs of wear and tear, and with all tags attached. Swimwear must have their original hygiene liner attached.
•The returns policy does not apply to goods that have been used, washed, damaged or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
•Refunds are processed within 2 to 14 business days of your return being received.
•We reserve the right to refuse returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Non-Refundable/ Exchangeable Items
Ensuring health and safety regulations and due to the nature of our products, our refund and exchange policy does not apply to the following items:
Accessories, dummies, dummy holders, teethers, teething necklaces, baby bottles, swaddles, gowns, toys and sale items.
• We do not offer International product exchanges.
• Refer to returns & exchange policy above for items conditions accepted.
• You may return your item within 7 days of receipt for store credit.
• All shipping charges related to returns are at your expense. We do not cover return shipping costs and take no responsibility for loss of items being returned.
• We take a great deal of care to quality-check all items thoroughly before they are dispatched. In the unlikely event that the item is deemed faulty, please contact us no later than 3 days of receiving your order.
• If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If a replacement isn’t available you are entitled to a full refund including shipping costs.
